UnitedLex India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly iRunway India Pvt Ltd) is a data and professional services company that delivers outcomes for high-performing law firms and corporate legal departments in the areas of digital litigation, intellectual property, contracts, compliance, and legal operations.
We were founded in 2006 with a mission to push the boundaries of legal innovation, providing solutions that enable measurable performance improvement, risk mitigation, revenue gain, cost reduction, and digital business synergy.
Our Work Environment:
- Job location: Gurgaon or Bangalore
- Shift timing: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Work mode: Work from Office
Must-Have Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/ME/BTech/MTech in Electrical or Electronics or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product development including at least one of semiconductor fabrication process, chip packaging, advanced packaging.
- Candidate should have worked in technologies including processors, microcontrollers, RF devices, mobile devices, memory devices, image sensors, automotive, power devices, etc.
- Candidate should be self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
- Candidate will be preferred if they have hands-on experience on claim charts (infringement analysis, product EoUs), patent portfolio analysis, annuity analysis, patentability searches, etc.
- Candidate will be preferred if they have good knowledge of reverse engineering analysis techniques such as product teardowns, spectroscopy analysis, material characterizations, circuit extraction, circuit layouts, functional testing, etc.
Good to Have/Key Differentiators:
- Expertise in Semiconductor packaging
- Expertise in semiconductor process and fabrication
- Experience in designing any high-speed IO and SERDES architecture
- Knowledge of The JEDEC memory specifications for semiconductor memory circuits and similar storage devices
- Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors
Estimated Salary: ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
