Corporate Fit-Out Project Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our corporate interior fit-out projects from design stage to client delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To implement an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • To manage project resources, monitor and control changes/variations, and ensure assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs and business objectives.
  • To coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensure that project managers work cooperatively with the appropriate client SMEs and keep them up-to-date on project status throughout the process.
  • To support in negotiation and coordination with vendors through the completion of the projects.
  • To establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client.

Key Requirements:

  • A detailed orientation, process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Relevant experience of managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • A degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Excellent team management and client-facing experience.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
