Project Development Specialist Role Overview

We seek an exceptional professional to spearhead growth in our Projects vertical, combining design expertise, client advisory skills, and business development acumen.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, landlords, and corporates, guiding them through the interior project journey from conceptualization to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on their workspace or interior needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements and timelines.

  • Cultivate new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors, cross-selling interiors services to existing clients.

  • BUILD long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, presenting innovative packages and proposals.

  • Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs, collaborating with internal teams to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.

  • Position premium offerings effectively in client conversations, emphasizing quality, innovation, and solution-driven approaches.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

  • Experience: 4–7 years in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.

  • Skills:

    • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
    • Solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients.
    • A problem-solving, client-first mindset.
