Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the successful execution of commercial interior design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a solid understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.

  • Develop Comprehensive Project Plans: Develop and implement detailed project plans for commercial interior design and construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Manage Client Expectations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their specific requirements and expectations.
  • Oversee Budgets and Quality Assurance: Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness, and implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) managing commercial interior design and construction projects.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, proficiency in project management tools and software, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
