Job Title: Interior Project Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As an Interior Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of interior projects from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Track and monitor design changes, updating documentation accordingly to reflect any modifications.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to maintain open communication channels.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion, ensuring timely and efficient payments.
  • Conduct budget analysis for all projects, verifying that costs align with approved limits.
  • Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate record-keeping.
  • Support project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is essential.
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are necessary for effective collaboration.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail is critical.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is also required.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
