Job Title: Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled interior design professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement interior design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior design with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
