Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Interior Design Specialist to lead design projects for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective design strategies, including quoting, detailed designing, and production drawing creation.
  • Utilize sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in interior designing or architecture principles, acquired through a diploma from a reputable institution (minimum 2 years).
  • Proven experience in site-based design implementation, ensuring proposed designs can be efficiently installed.
  • Customer-centric approach, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
  • Experience in residential projects is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively convey ideas and defend designs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in interior designing or architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of design software and technologies.
