Grievance Resolution Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to handle employee concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all formal grievances and complaints, conducting impartial investigations, and mediating between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions.

You will also ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws, advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures, and identify recurring patterns to suggest process or policy improvements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve formal grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation
  • Meditate between parties to reach a mutually acceptable resolution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws
  • Advise employees and management on grievance handling procedures
  • Identify and analyze patterns to suggest improvements in processes and policies

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role. You must have strong conflict resolution and investigative skills, as well as high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
