Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for Oracle EBS R12 customers via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across Oracle EBS layers, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
  • Manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements independently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical support.
  • Strong expertise in SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
  • Experience handling inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data loading.
  • Capable of managing issue resolutions and handling custom enhancements independently.
  • Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must be able to demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in OM and INV modules during the interview.
Preferred Skills:
  • Oracle APEX (preferred).
