Direct Customer Engagement and Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Cross-Sell and Up-Sell Specialist. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing customers.

  • You will focus on identifying and pursuing cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in every lead allocated to you from our home office team.
  • Your goal will be to drive productivity measures such as lead-to-conversion ratio and exceed month-on-month revenue targets.
  • You will also be responsible for fixing self-appointments every day from the given customer database as per the campaign.

Customer Service and Retention

  • You will timely and effectively resolve service requests of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You will drive renewal collection on allocated base, ensuring that customers continue to receive the best possible services from us.
  • You will also identify financial goals of customers and provide financial planning assistance to help them achieve their objectives.

Measures of Success

  • You will adhere to TAT (Turn-Around-Time) standards for updating our system, CSG.
  • You will successfully complete cross-sell and up-sell business goals month on month.
  • You will collect payment/premium from days due policies, ensuring timely payment and minimizing debt.
  • You will resolve complaints and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You will achieve retention targets, ensuring that customers remain loyal to our services.
  • You will conduct at least 45 unique customer meetings in a month, building strong relationships with our clients.
  • You will maintain an attendance record of more than 90% of total working days.
  • You will successfully score >=80% in functional trainings imparted, demonstrating your commitment to learning and improvement.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • You should have a graduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in sales of insurance, mutual funds, CASA, investments, loans, or real estate.
  • You should have a minimum of 6 months of exposure to life insurance.
  • Your age should be between 25-32 years.
  • You should own a conveyance, ensuring flexibility and mobility in your work schedule.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • You should have process and result orientation, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • You should be customer-centric and possess excellent relationship-building skills.
  • You should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills in English and regional languages.
