Key Responsibilities:- Office Management: Manage inventory, place orders as needed, avoid interruptions and ensure seamless operations.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, travel, appointments for internal teams and leadership.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Filing: Organize and maintain filing systems and records for easy access.
- HR and Finance Support: Assist with onboarding, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Maintenance: Liaise with office maintenance, cleaning, catering, and security vendors.
- Cleanliness: Maintain office cleanliness and organize shared workspaces.
- Experience: Proven experience in an office administrator or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with office management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
