We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our Physiotherapy College, driving excellence in teaching, clinical practice, research, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Academic Leadership: Develop and implement academic programs that align with University, UGC, and statutory council norms.
- Supervise curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and continuous assessment processes.
- Mentor faculty members in research, publications, and participation in academic forums.
- Evaluate and improve clinical training integration with hospital services.
- Administrative & Managerial: Oversee day-to-day administration of the Physiotherapy College/Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to accreditation standards (NABH, NAAC) and maintain proper records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
- Foster collaboration with healthcare institutions, universities, and professional bodies.
- Promote workshops, CMEs, and conferences to enhance learning exposure.
- Quality & Compliance: Monitor and ensure quality assurance across all academic, clinical, and administrative functions.
- Cultivate stakeholder engagement to strengthen institutional reputation and build partnerships.
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
