
Senior Enterprise Business Development Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the region and specific verticals across India.
About the Role- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the enterprise sector, serving as the primary point of contact to develop a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling, aligning clients' business objectives with the company's products and services.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and selling the company's solutions to key clients, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new enterprise clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working with internal teams to enhance the company's offerings and service delivery.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in enterprise software/SMB manufacturing/Industrial Automation solutions selling with Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, Metal, or any process industry.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise market and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaboration skills and proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
You are a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development. You have a deep understanding of the enterprise market and industry dynamics. You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You are results-driven and able to build and maintain strong client relationships. You are proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
