We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.
- The candidate will be responsible for growing the business of building and retail segments from assigned territories, developing channel partner networks, and selecting suitable products for customer applications.
- They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets, plan and execute sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with customers.
- Key responsibilities include identifying untapped areas, appointing right channel partners, preparing plans to meet expectations, and coordinating with logistics and service teams as needed.
- The successful candidate will possess high initiative to push channels, derive higher growth in new products, and contribute to digitalization and sustainability initiatives.
