We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Luxury Retail Expert. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury fashion and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a high-pressure retail environment.

  • End to end ownership of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individual (HNI) clients and providing personalized styling advice to drive sales.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Leading by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
