We are seeking a retail operations expert to join our organization for a 9-month contract, with a chance of extension afterwards.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and point-of-sale systems. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Functional Workshops: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop strategic solutions.
  • Configure D365 Commerce POS: Customize and implement D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.
  • Integration and Support: Ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) and provide end-to-end support during implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Retail Operations: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail.
  • Hands-on Experience with D365 POS: Strong understanding of modern POS, cloud POS, and store commerce.
  • Retail Business Processes: Excellent knowledge of sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management processes.
  • Lifecycle Services and Azure DevOps: Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Certifications: Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
