Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT asset management, Networking, hardware/software support.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Troubleshooting Tools: Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and remote support platforms.
