Leadership Opportunity in Luxury Retail

We are seeking an accomplished retail leader to drive the success of our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leadership, a passion for fashion and luxury retail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Owning end-to-end responsibilities of the store.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients and engaging in sales strategies to close high-value jewelry sales.
  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Developing and executing sales initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Leading by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.
  • Managing staffing needs, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities and events at the store.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree from a leading institution and a fashion graduate from a Tier 1 Indian college.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Direct luxury sales preferably in Indian designer brands or real-estate consultancy firms.
  • An exceptional ability to sell and engage with high net worth clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high net worth customers.
  • A results-oriented approach with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury brands, and the latest developments in the retail industry.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
