Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Maintain a luxurious store ambiance through visual merchandising, cleanliness, and customer experience.
  • Implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new collection launches as directed by management.

Sales & Customer Experience:

  • Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Provide personalized styling guidance for ethnic wear customers.
  • Handle escalated customer queries, ensuring smooth exchange/return processes.
  • Built long-term relationships with loyal customers and promote loyalty programs.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff and support personnel.
  • Monitor staff performance, set targets, and conduct regular team meetings.
  • Motivate the team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Inventory & Stock Control:

  • Manage stock movement, replenishment, tagging, and barcoding.
  • Ensure accurate records of ethnic wear collections and minimal stock loss.
  • Provide timely feedback on bestsellers, customer preferences, and market trends to the merchandising team.

Marketing & Engagement:

  • Host in-store events such as fashion showcases, draping workshops, and product previews.
  • Coordinate with marketing for influencer visits, live streaming, and customer engagement activities.
  • Promote offers and exclusive collections through local channels and social media collaborations.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and footfall reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain safety and operational excellence within the store.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages.
  • Knowledge of ethnic wear fabrics, draping styles, and customer preferences.
  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-footfall seasons.
  • Proficiency in billing software, POS systems, and office applications.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Retail, Fashion Management, or Business.
  • 4-6 years of experience in apparel retail management.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading retail teams.
