Strategic Store Operations Leader

As a key member of our retail team, the Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of luxury retail operations. With a passion for delivering outstanding results, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, developing business strategies, and fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceeding sales targets through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Converting project business by building strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and other key influencers.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards for visual displays, product presentation, and overall store aesthetics.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and increase repeat business from existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail operations, preferably with a similar brand.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
