Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture (UA) administration to fill a key role within our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Environment Management: Install, configure and maintain UA environments ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • User and Role Management: Effectively manage users, roles, BMIDE updates and workflow configurations to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 issues related to Teamcenter and Active Workspace Client (AWC) ensuring minimal downtime.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including environment patching, system upgrades and performance tuning to ensure systems remain stable and secure.
  • Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with teams integrating CAD tools (NX/SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to drive business success.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides to support team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Teamcenter UA Administration: Proven experience in Teamcenter UA administration is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of BMIDE, Access Manager and AWC configuration is required.
  • CAD Integration: Experience with NX/CAD integration is a plus.
  • ITIL Frameworks: Understanding of ITIL frameworks and change management practices is desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
