Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Expert

Hiring a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits expert to spearhead our team's efforts in Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compensation and equity areas, with a strong background in technical functional engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for compensation and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in Oracle HCM
  • Strong technical functional engineering skills, including HCM extract, API integration, and data conversion
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL
  • Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a strong advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
