We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to support the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs. This role is responsible for managing benefits operations, communicating with vendors and employees, processing invoices/payments, ensuring compliance, and managing HRIS systems.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation in streaming video technology. Our cloud-based platform enables customers to rapidly build, deploy, and scale premium streaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee eligibility, coverage start/end, and ongoing maintenance of benefits records.
- Process and record benefit enrollments, life events, and terminations in HRMS and related systems.
- Ensure accurate reflection of payroll elements linked to benefits compensation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in benefits operations, with strong exposure to US and Canadian benefits.
Skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS & benefits platforms, knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) and Canadian provincial group benefits structures.
