- Coordinate meetings and presentations with company representatives to showcase the talent pool of our students.
- Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for company recruitment.
- Foster networking opportunities for students through employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events.
- Connect students with potential employers through job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students.
- Gather feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.
The ideal candidate should possess a PG degree in any field and 3+ years of experience in an educational background. Candidates with qualifications from reputable Universities will have an added advantage.
