Job Opportunity: Business Growth Strategist

Owning and expanding a business vertical by resolving current bottlenecks in customer adoption is a key responsibility. This involves problem-solving, designing go-to-market strategies based on customer insights, and leading high-performance teams to drive business growth through the onboarding of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with customers to acquire and activate a wide network across India
  • Build, lead, and inspire a results-driven team and deliver consistent month-on-month growth
  • Monitor performance indicators such as onboarding volume, activation rate, revenue per acquisition, and base growth; implement corrective actions to meet targets
  • Develop and execute scalable strategies, territory plans, and onboarding frameworks to accelerate expansion and establish market leadership
  • Identify challenges and solve them with speed and agility; unlock new channels and growth levers
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decisions, track conversion funnels, identify high-performing segments, and continuously refine approach
  • Standardize workflows for lead handling, onboarding, activation, and retention to ensure efficiency at scale
