Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Team Leader in Customer Service. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and consistent delivery of service. Responsibilities include managing and training customer support agents, handling escalated customer issues, monitoring team performance, and implementing process improvements. You will collaborate with other departments to enhance customer service strategies and maintain a professional and efficient support environment.
