Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Customer Service located in New Delhi. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring customer service representatives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key tasks include monitoring service metrics, addressing escalated issues, training new team members, and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery.

  • Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the BPM or customer service industry is an advantage
