Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader at Cogent E Services, located in Delhi, India. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring team performance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds goals. Additionally, the Team Leader will be involved in training, coaching, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Customer service experience and understanding of BPO operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in performance management and coaching
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
