Sonepar is a leading independent distributor of electrical products, solutions, and services. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolkata.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project business in PAN India, handling project proposals for EPC/EU/OEM segment, and increasing brand awareness within the industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Generating new leads and opportunities through effective marketing activities.
  • Closing deals and ensuring timely order execution.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to submit proposals and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in sales and business development.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Role Location: Kolkata

Travel Requirements: Willing to travel more than 75% of the time PAN India.
