Job Title: Executive Administrator

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the onboarding and assimilation of new employees into our team. They will also conduct employee engagement activities, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by coordinating induction programs, providing necessary information, and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute various activities to boost morale, including one-on-one meetings, team-building events, and social gatherings.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Employee Retention: Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance retention rates.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of our premises, including electrical, air conditioning, fire safety, and internet services.
  • Space Management: Coordinate the use of office space, including interior design and layout adjustments as needed.
  • Minor Projects: Collaborate with internal teams to undertake minor civil and MEP repair works.
  • Cafeteria Management: Supervise the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to building regulations and lift approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

HR Generalist Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Employee Engagement: Proven ability to plan and execute engaging activities that boost employee morale.

Performance Management: Experience in conducting performance evaluations, setting goals, and providing feedback.

Facility Management: Familiarity with facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
