Job Title: Quick Commerce Marketing Manager
">Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketer to lead and grow our presence across online grocery and instant delivery platforms. This role will be responsible for driving consumer demand, increasing visibility, and ensuring best-in-class brand execution on these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for Q-Comm platforms aligned to brand and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage seasonal, festive, and cultural moments to drive sales and visibility.
- Build category-specific strategies to strengthen brand recall and share of basket.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Manage relationships with account managers from various platforms and negotiate visibility slots, performance marketing spends, and joint business plans.
- Ensure strong representation of the brand through impactful product listings, banners, and store-in-store experiences.
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to design buzz-worthy campaigns and platform-first content.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
- Skilled in Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, Power BI, MS Excel, and data-driven marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital performance levers and brand storytelling.
