Vendor & Contractor Management:

- Identify, appoint, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, quality standards, and timelines.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

- Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs.

- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and timelines.

Client Management:

- Serve as a point of escalation for operational concerns.

- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular updates and effective communication.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

Process Improvement:

- Develop and implement SOPs and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards at sites.

Reporting:

- Provide periodic reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

- Highlight deviations and initiate corrective actions.
