Job Title: Digital Commerce Lead
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the growth of our digital commerce ecosystem. The role involves scaling sales across our own D2C platforms and driving growth on marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accelerating our brand sales, improving visibility, and delivering a superior consumer experience across online channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Commerce Growth:
1. Own end-to-end profit and loss (P&L) for the digital channel.
2. Optimize customer acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and loyalty programs.
3. Improve website funnel metrics (traffic, conversion rate, basket size, repeat rate).
4. Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams to enhance user journey and checkout experience.
Marketplace Management:
1. Build and execute growth strategies for marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
2. Manage relationships with marketplace category managers and negotiate for visibility/marketing slots.
3. Drive demand through sponsored ads, platform marketing tools, and promotional campaigns.
4. Monitor pricing, inventory health, reviews/ratings, and competition.
Own Brand Sales Acceleration:
1. Strategically position and scale in-house brands across all online channels.
2. Identify white spaces and new product opportunities based on consumer insights and marketplace data.
3. Create visibility and differentiation through targeted campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce.
- 4-7 years of experience in D2C, e-commerce, or marketplace management.
- Proven track record of scaling online sales for consumer brands.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, CRM tools).
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
