Account Manager Position

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our organization. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for navigating job portals, working with US-based staffing firms, sourcing and interacting with IT professionals, and conducting outbound calls to potential clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Navigate and work with job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed
  • Work with US-based staffing firms to source and interact with IT professionals
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our services
  • Provide excellent customer service and client relations skills with a proven track record of client retention
  • Maintain clear and organized work reports and other documentation
  • Work in a team environment to achieve personal and team sales goals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence
  • A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas
  • Knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms
  • Ability to think freely and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
  • Prior telemarketing experience supporting the US IT staffing industry
  • Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products
