
IT Business Development Representative

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our organization. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for navigating job portals, working with US-based staffing firms, sourcing and interacting with IT professionals, and conducting outbound calls to potential clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Navigate and work with job portals such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, and Indeed
- Work with US-based staffing firms to source and interact with IT professionals
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce and promote our services
- Provide excellent customer service and client relations skills with a proven track record of client retention
- Maintain clear and organized work reports and other documentation
- Work in a team environment to achieve personal and team sales goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Telemarketing or Sales Executive in the IT services industry is a plus
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence
- A self-motivated and result-oriented individual who meets deadlines and sales quotas
- Knowledge of various US Visa and Tax forms
- Ability to think freely and manage rate negotiations with clients/vendors
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals
- Prior telemarketing experience supporting the US IT staffing industry
- Basic knowledge of IT services and technologies is a plus
- Fluent English language skills
- Proven proficiency in using MS Office Suite products
