Description

This challenging role demands a seasoned legal professional with at least 14 years of relevant experience in managing corporate compliance programs. Key areas of focus include:

  • Implementing and adopting whistleblower programs, ensuring global and regional reach through seven pillars of an efficient corporate compliance program.
  • Expertise in handling investigations on various issues, negotiating remediations, reviewing and analyzing proposed legislation and regulations.
  • Contributing to compliance operational objectives by providing information and recommendations for the Compliance & Integrity Plan; preparing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing changes.
  • Familiarity with key compliance regimes applicable to the organization, including Whistleblower Regulations, Anti Bribery - Anti Corruption, Anti Trust, Confidentiality and commensurate process and controls.
  • Analytical skills with exposure to risk evaluation and mitigation, though not essential, is considered beneficial.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 14 years of relevant experience in a legal & compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Compliance program elements and/or advising on it.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Note: While experience in Analytics and Automation is desirable, it is not a requirement for this position.
