Job Title: Litigation Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our litigation team. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents requiring strong drafting skills.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs with attention to detail.
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities with confidence and composure.
  • Assist in strategy formulation and case preparation by analyzing complex information.
  • Liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress through effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines by prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent drafting and legal research skills with the ability to analyze complex information.
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures including relevant laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council with a strong understanding of legal ethics.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation is preferred but not mandatory.
