Job Title

A key role in our organization is that of a Delivery Manager. In this position, you will oversee project implementation and ensure timely delivery of results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, execute tasks, coordinate staffing, and monitor/report results effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services that meet client requirements.
  • Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any issues.
  • IDentify and mitigate risks to project completion, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Manage changes to project scope and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Ensure high productivity of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks.
  • Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive summaries, meeting notes, project status reports, vendor reports, project trackers, meeting minutes, final recommendations, and contract redlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-12+ years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager for teams 10+
  • Bachelor's Degree required; PMP certification preferred
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industries or related areas
  • Service Line: Pharma/Biotech; Patient Support Program
  • Knowledge of drug development essential
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direct supervision
  • Strong oral/written communication skills, executive presence, and influence abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; strong Excel proficiency a plus
  • Working experience with European/USA clients
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot
