Project Interior Design Coordinator

The Interior Design Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Senior Designer in delivering high-quality projects.
- Shadow design discussions: The Interior Design Associate will assist the Senior Designer in client meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and track project milestones for timely delivery.
- 3D designs: This individual will use SpaceCraft and Sketchup to assist the Senior Designer, recommend enhancements, and provide feedback.
- Site Visits: Participate in site visits with the Senior Designer, manage files across HomeLane systems, and ensure a smooth project workflow.
- Commercial proposals: Assist the Senior Designer in creating proposals using SpaceCraft and other quoting tools, validate quotes for transparency and fairness.
- Stakeholder coordination: Build relationships with sales, drawing QC, project management teams, and planners to ensure a great design outcome.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- B.Arch, B.Des, M.Des, or Diploma in Design
- 0-1 year of experience in Interior Design or Architecture
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Modular furniture
- Practical knowledge of SketchUp
- A great attitude
