Job Title: Senior Design Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design process for commercial and hospitality interiors, overseeing teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations, aligning with company goals.
  • Act as project lead for design deliverables and client communication, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor designers to ensure innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs, meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and aligned with client needs, driving cross-department coordination.
  • Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and financial understanding, taking ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • A proven track record of leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to work with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, costing, and project execution, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to lead teams with vision and ownership, driving success through strategic planning.
