Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our interior design and fit-out projects. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects from concept to completion, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables with clients and design teams, and driving the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Planning, Scheduling & Cost Control: Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and milestones.
  • Team & Site Management: Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and to spec.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to design specifications, standards, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership & team management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera & AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 Certification preferred.
