Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our interior design projects in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the customer experience from project booking to handover, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with design, production, finance, vendor, and installer teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to provide required support and meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.
  • Empowering and hiring top talent to strengthen the team in your region.
  • Ensuring team adherence to defined process SOPs and standards for standardized customer experiences.

Requirements

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting in past roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Managing strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants for maximum project reach.
