Construction Project Manager

A skilled Construction Project Manager will lead the execution of industrial construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior project managers by preparing detailed reports and project documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between disciplines, perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Develop and maintain preliminary schedules, bar charts, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist in cost estimation, tendering processes, and tender documentation.
  • Expedite and resolve queries during the execution stage.
  • Monitor and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Prior experience in industrial construction projects is preferred.
  • Fundamental understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to remove bottlenecks and expedite progress.
