We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the coating machine and surrounding area on a daily basis.
  • Conduct pre-checks on the coating machine, ensuring alignment and parameters are set correctly before starting the process.
  • Verify the product Lot number, size, and label of QC Approval prior to production.
  • Label coating solutions properly before use.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes.
  • Complete documentation after each process as per ISO standards.
  • Retrieve raw materials required for the Coating Process from the RM store.
  • In case of any issues or troubleshooting during the coating process, notify the Line Manager promptly.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry
  • Experience: Fresher
