Key Role in Absence Management Solutions

Collaborate in Project Framework to Plan, Organize, and Set Up Governance. Lead Workshops to Identify and Specify Absence Management Requirements.

  • Draft Functional Specifications and Configure the Absence Module in Workday.
  • Monitor Configurations Progress and Ensure Alignment with Business Needs.
  • Define and Execute Testing Scenarios to Validate Absence Solutions.

Deliver Training Sessions to Users and Contribute to Change Management Initiatives. Create Comprehensive Documentation for Configurations and Processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Related Field.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience in Absence Management Projects, Including Implementation, Support, or Migration.
  • Hands-on Experience in Configuring and Supporting Absence Module in Workday.
