Job Title

A Workday Absence Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting the Workday Absence Management solutions.

  • This includes planning, organization and governance setup within project framework.
  • Conducting workshops to identify, analyze and specify absence management requirements.
  • Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Absence Management module.
  • Monitoring and following up on the progress of configurations and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions.
  • Supporting deployment and providing user assistance during transition to Workday Absence.
  • Delivering training sessions to users and contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects including implementation, support or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes particularly in absence management, leave policies and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
