Job Opportunity: Subject Matter Expert Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our subject matter expert pool, develop high-quality questions, and oversee the creation of assessments.

  • This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement question development processes to ensure high-quality content for assessments.
  • Manage subject matter experts, providing guidance and support to ensure their performance meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver assessments that meet project requirements.
  • Conduct post-assessment analysis and reporting to inform future improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Proven experience in education sector, preferably in assessment and evaluation.
  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Good command over English, both written and spoken.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: Verbal Ability - English, Verbal Ability - Hindi.
