About This Role

  • You will assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers as per campaign requirements.
  • Manage communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables (posts, stories, videos) are aligned with brand objectives.
  • Track live campaigns, monitor content performance, and flag issues proactively.
  • Maintain campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and database management for influencer collaborations.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, influencer content styles, and new campaign execution practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
