Technical Leadership Opportunity

Highly motivated and experienced technical professionals are invited to apply for a challenging leadership role within our organization. The successful candidate will oversee and guide a team of developers, driving project success and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as excellent leadership skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple systems will also be essential.

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Applications: Utilize Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to design, develop, and maintain complex applications that integrate seamlessly across multiple systems.
  • Ensure Adherence to Best Practices: Implement coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization techniques to ensure high-quality applications.
  • Review Technical Designs and Code: Provide constructive feedback on technical designs and code to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Oversee Integration: Drive the integration of backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage Workload Distribution: Effectively manage workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
  • Mentor and Coach Junior Developers: Support the growth and development of junior developers through mentorship and coaching.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively across multiple systems.
