Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in milk procurement volume while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to lead regional operations and develop strategies that propel business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Milk Procurement Volume & Growth: Optimize milk procurement processes to meet growing demands and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • New Chilling Centers setup & Infrastructure Management: Develop and implement plans for setting up new chilling centers and managing existing infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Milk Quality (Average Fat & SNF % achieved vs. target): Oversee quality control measures to ensure average fat and SNF percentages meet targets, thereby maintaining high-quality products.
  • Cost Efficiency: Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize expenses without compromising on quality or services.
  • Farmer Network Development: Foster strong relationships with farmers to develop a robust network that provides essential support and resources.
  • Feed supplements and Veterinary services: Ensure timely provision of feed supplements and veterinary services to maintain healthy cattle populations.
  • Adherence to food safety & quality standards: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and quality standards across all operations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in operations management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Knowledge of Marathi language: Fluency in the Marathi language is essential for effective communication and collaboration with local stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at Manager level: A minimum of 5 years of experience at a manager level, with a strong background in operations management and leadership.
