Regional Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager to lead the administration of our regional operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination and execution of various administrative tasks, including team management, communication, and incident reporting.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing strategic programs and project goals in collaboration with immediate management. Key project activities, plans, and progress will be closely monitored and reported on a regular basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure zero incidents on exam days related to admin services.
  • To recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • To deploy control and monitoring mechanisms within the region.
  • To standardize processes at all exam venues.
  • To publish regular dashboards on key performance parameters.
  • To maintain facility-related matters at the regional level.
  • To ensure SLA/SLC at exam venues.
  • To manage contracts and vendors.
  • To support shortlisting prospective partners and venues.
  • To maintain legal compliances for all venues.
  • To prepare and deploy contingency plans.
  • To conduct surprise checks and audits.
  • To handle crisis situations.
  • To coordinate with manpower agencies.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (written/verbal).
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
  • Experience in soft services facility management.
  • Facility operations and management experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Conflict management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Travel willingness.
  • Liaisoning skills with local government departments.
  • Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
  • Vendor management skills.
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
